One of my biggest causes to celebrate in the last year was the birth of my two lovely granddaughters Elena and Ines. There is only two weeks between them so they are already having a great time playing together. My daughter-in-law is half Spanish and my son-in-law is French, so my granddaughters have both benefited from not having traditional English first names. One of the great pleasures now that I am in my 70s is that I can enjoy my grandchildren without the responsibility and hard work of being a full-time parent!
