Here I am dancing to calypso music with my niece Nicole at her beautiful wedding reception in Toronto. It was a truly wonderful day and also a very special holiday.
I am very close to my family but sadly get to see them rarely, I left Guyana in 1971 at the age of 21 to move to England with my husband and my brothers and sisters (there are 10 of us!!) moved to Toronto. Nicole’s wedding brought us all get together for a lovely family reunion, West Indian style!
